This multi-agency team works directly with Police and other partners to improve
the quality of life for people in Bexley by reducing crime, disorder, anti-social
behaviour (ASB), alcohol and substance misuse. We have 5 clusters of wards
working directly with Police Safer Neighbourhood Teams, each ward is known
as a Community Safety Action Zone (CSAZ). We also have a borough wide Anti-Social
Behaviour Unit, and invest time working with the public to resolve local crime
and disorder issues as well as ASB problems.
The Neighbourhood Teams
Each cluster team from Neighbourhood Services, is twinned with a Police cluster,
and made up of a Neighbourhood Co-ordinator, Neighbourhood Worker and Support
Worker.
