Bexley First
Revitalisation and Regeneration
 Bexley First will result in the revitalisation of Bexleyheath town centre
through construction of new buildings and attracting new businesses and services. Pedestrian
links to the town centre shopping mall will be improved and transport links
upgraded.
The proposed redevelopment of Council buildings provides the opportunity to
enhance community facilities, preserve historic architecture, introduce new
housing options and improve residential design.
Through Bexley First the Council is planning for the future growth of the
