11. Copyright
Different copyright restrictions apply to individual documents listed
within the Publication Scheme. Our express permission may be required
in order to use, reproduce or copy information.
All documents are presumed to have 'Copyright'. Those
that are available free of charge, may be printed off or downloaded
onto electronic, optical or similar storage media provided that such
activities are for private research or study only. If such material
is to be copied or reproduced users are asked to ensure that the
material is reproduced accurately and not in a misleading context,
that the status of the material is identified and to acknowledge Bexley Council
as the source of the material.
The names images and logos identifying Bexley Council are proprietary marks of the Council. Copying of
our logos and/or other third party logos is not permitted without prior approval from the copyright
owner.
