10. Council Funding and Expenditure
Definition
This class includes the Council's Statement of Accounts published
by the Council for the current financial year ending on the previous
31 March.
This class is limited by the following:
The statements of accounts must have been published by the Council when the request is made. This occurs by 30th September in the calendar year after the end of the financial year ending 31st March. The information required which is before the statement is published will be the preceding year's statement. No information will be disclosed relating to an existing or former employee of the Council or which would be 'exempt' within the meaning of the Freedom of Information Act at the date of request.
Supporting information (books, bills, vouchers and receipts) will
not be published.

11. Leisure Services
Definition
This class includes current information on leisure services and
activities in the Borough, including libraries, parks, allotments,
recreation facilities, arts, culture, tourism and heritage.

12. People Who Work for the Council
Definition
This class includes internal staff policies and procedures which collectively
establish the procedures that should be followed and conduct that is expected
by officers of the Council in the performance of their duties. It also includes
a complete list of job vacancies that the Council is recruiting for and the
Council's induction programme for all new staff.
Some of the material in this class contains exempt information and will be
withheld as follows:
- No information will be disclosed relating to an existing or former
employee of the Council or which would be 'exempt' within the meaning
of the Freedom of Information Act at the date of request.
- Information
may be withheld if it compromises the health and safety of staff or security.
- Information
may be exempt if it relates to past case work which might include confidential
information or personal data.
- Appraisals, employee-specific salary
details, disciplinary records, sickness records and the like by virtue
of being personal data under
the Data Protection
act 1998.
