Risk Management is not just a statutory requirement, but a crucial element
of good management. It should not be viewed as a niche activity but rather
something which is integral to the management of the organisation. In other
words “the way we do things in Bexley”.
Bexley’s aim is to ensure that risk management becomes a natural component
of its management processes and that risks are avoided, transferred or reduced
to an acceptable level, and opportunities are seized.
