Overview and Scrutiny Feedback Form

Overview and scrutiny in Bexley values comments and suggestions, which help us learn from our experiences and can improve the ways we work. At the last meeting of every overview and scrutiny project an evaluation of the project and what has been achieved is a formal item on the agenda.

However, this form can be used at any time. So if you would like to give us feedback on your involvement in Bexley's overview and scrutiny, you don't have to wait until the project is nearing completion. You don't need to fill in the whole form - any feedback would be appreciated.

Please let us know which overview and scrutiny activity you were involved in. Overview and scrutiny is undertaken through a variety of activities including meetings, visits workshops etc. It would help us if you could remember the name of the activity and its date:
