Isis Reach

This circa 60-acre site, developed by Axa Reim and DMI Limited is one of the premier logistics centres in London. Home to Office Depot (t/a Viking Office Supplies), Iron Mountain and Asda, providing nearly 1m sq. ft. of space.

Imperial Gateway
Belvedere

Imperial Gateway is a mixed use development comprising residential, retail, and commercial, floor space. Outline planning permission has been granted for a scheme including a 87 bed hotel, petrol filling station, food outlets, offices and a health and fitness centre, with ancillary parking and landscaping. The site is a prominent development within the Thames Gateway and will bring into use a derelict and unused piece of prime development land. DMI Properties is developing the commercial elements of the development and Bellway Thames Gateway South the residential element, comprising a mix of 1,2,3 and 4 bed apartments.

Veridion Park, Thamesmead East

An exciting new business park set in 67 acres with planning permission for 680,000 sq. ft. of space for high-tech, office, light industrial, and distribution businesses. The first phase of development of offices and light industrial space began with the opening of the state of the art Thames Innovation Centre, providing over 50 small serviced office suites (combined space 30,000 sq ft) "easy in - easy out" terms, with on site business support services and 39,000 sq. ft. of new industrial units, available freehold at Horizon Business Centre.

Five Arches Business Estate

A 20-acre site redeveloped for a mixture of employment uses (B1/B2/B8). Occupiers include Fujitsu, Longcross Construction, Tropical Blinds, Plumbbase, Frankham Associates and KH Electrics.
