Comments and Suggestions
We want to provide services in a friendly, helpful and efficient way and are
always looking at ways to improve our services. You may have ideas of how
we can do this. If so, we are happy to consider your comments and suggestions.
We would especially like to know when a particular service or staff member does
things well.
You may use this form to make a comment
or suggestion. Selecting a service will help us to forwarded your comments to
the relevant department. You should receive an acknowledgement within three working
days from receipt of the e-mail and, if applicable, a full response
within 10 working days from receipt. If you want to make a complaint,
please read the section on making a complaint and
use the complaints form.
If your comment/suggestion relates to the Council's recycling and waste collection services please contact the department that manages these services here.
