Complaints Form
We want to provide services in a friendly, helpful and efficient way, and
strive to ensure that you have no cause to complain. However, things can go
wrong. When this happens we want to put things right as quickly as possible.
You may use this form to make a complaint. Selecting a service
will help us to forwarded your complaint to the relevant department. You should
receive an acknowledgement within three working days from receipt of the e-mail
and, if applicable, a full response within 10 working days from receipt. If
you want to tell us an idea or pay a compliment, please use the comments and suggestions form.
You may wish to refer to the section on making
a complaint, contact another agency for help
and advice, or, if you
are unhappy with a Councillor, find out about
making a complaint to the Standards Board for England.
If your complaint relates to the Council's recycling and waste collection services please contact the department that manages these services here.
