Customer Focus in Bexley

Bexley Customer Focus Strategy and Customer Focus Charter set out our commitment to providing excellent customer services and placing the customer at the centre of all we do. At the core is out Customer Focus Vision:

'Customers will choose how and when to access our services. They will deal with proactive, knowledgeable customer focussed staff empowered to put the customer first at all times.'

Bexley is committed to improving the way in which it delivers services to its customers.

A major change programme is underway, and we are working toward the point where customers will be able to access services when they want and how they want. They will deal with empowered, customer focussed staff and their queries will be dealt with end to end at this first point of contact.

Bexley is moving toward being a truly customer focussed organisation.
