Talkback Bexley

TalkBack is The London Borough of Bexley’s way of finding what our residents think about the services we provide and other important issues affecting the Borough.

Whether it's providing schooling for our children, care for the elderly and those with disabilities, support for local businesses, or maintaining pleasant parks, the Council and the services it provides affects everyone who lives and works in the Borough.

Who can join?

Anyone who lives in the Borough and is over 18 years old can join the TalkBack Bexley Panel. Each TalkBack survey asks the views of a representative sample of residents, reflecting the Borough as a whole (in terms of age, gender, ethnic origin and where in the Borough they live).

The surveys aim to find out what you think about our services and the importance you place on them. We can then take your views into account when making decisions that affect you, your family and your local community.

If you would like to join, you can join TalkBack here

All the information you give us is confidential: we will never pass your name or address on to any other organisation.

What's more, any time you wish to leave TalkBack Bexley - for whatever reason - just contact us.

What is involved?

Being on the TalkBack Bexley Panel means you will receive up to four questionnaires a year and, if you wish, you can take part in discussion groups with other panel members or telephone or e-mail surveys.

You can also take part in our new ‘TalkBack Text Question’ scheme where we ask you one simple question per month. Standard network charge may apply.

Win £50!

We appreciate the effort made by TalkBack members. That's why we hold a prize draw for each survey - everyone who replies by the closing date is entered and the prize is usually a £50 voucher.
