site and suitable trade journals depending on the particular market.
Contracts under the EU limit may also be advertised on the  www.supply2.gov.uk site
which is specifically aimed as small and medium enterprises. High value Contracts
are also advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) www.ojec.com
