Services

The Operational Team is responsible for processing all of the Council's Purchase Orders and Supplier Invoices.

The service includes:

The issue of Purchase Orders to suppliers and contractors based on information supplied by spending managers.
The payment of supplier and contractor invoices.
The operation of a corporate Procurement Card scheme enabling direct access to suppliers for an approved range of goods.
Interrogation and maintenance of supplier ultilisation and expenditure details to inform the work of the Strategic group.
