Bexley Local Studies and Archive Centre have entered into an exciting partnership with local digitisation firm Max to offer a unique online print on demand photographic service.
The website Bexley.boroughphotos.org enables visitors to view over 3500 digital images taken from the Local Studies and Archive's rich collection of historical photographs.
The website offers a range of search facilities including an interactive Google map, which allows customers to explore locations in the London Borough of Bexley and find historic images of their neighbourhood. Customers can also search by date, theme or conduct a free text search. Images are available to be purchased directly from Bexley.boroughphotos.org as high quality photographic prints. Customers can choose from a range of sizes and all prints will be reproduced on photographic paper and delivered to their doorsteps.
