Christ Church in Erith was built in the 19th Century and has a Grade II listed interior.
Christ Church was originally erected following the creation of a parish from that of Erith St John the Baptist. The church's distinctive tower was built by J.P. St Aubyn, an English architect of the Victorian era, known for his church architecture and 'confident restorations'.
Inside the church, visitors are able to see a number of magnificent murals and stained glass windows, one which depicts the coronation of King Edward VII and Queen Mary - thought to be one of only four in the whole country.
