Current Major Traffic Projects

The Council's Traffic Engineering team within the Public Realm Management Department develop and advise on the design and implementation of major projects within the borough. These projects are normally located in and around town centres or stations and aimed at reducing traffic congestion, improving road safety, removing unnecessary signs and guard rails, and generally improving the street environment.
