Bexley's Performance Management Portfolio includes copies of the Council's key corporate planning documents together with accompanying guidance documents summarising our policies and procedures for performance management, data quality and consultation.
A key document is Bexley's Corporate Plan which sets out the Council priorities for the period 2011 - 14.
