Proposals for land use

Our major project at the moment is the Bexley First programme - Major regeneration work has started in Bexleyheath, the London Borough of Bexley and Tesco Stores Ltd have reached an agreement on plans to redevelop two key town centre sites.

Local land search charges

Every time a property or a piece of land is purchased or leased, a request for a search is sent to the local authority in the area the property is situated in. This is to check any matters affecting the property or land registered as a Local Land Charge, or information held by the Council that a likely purchaser would like to know.
