Voluntary organisations - funding

Funding opportunities for voluntary groups in Bexley.

The London Borough of Bexley supports the building of a vibrant and sustainable voluntary and community sector.

From this webpage the Council aims to help individual groups access funds needed to deliver good-quality services to local people.

Funding comes from a number of different sources, including trust funds, charities, fundraising, social enterprise activities, central government and the public sector.

As the funding world is very complex, it is difficult to keep track of all the programmes available, so information provided here is not exhaustive. Bexley Voluntary Services Council might be able to help with further sources of information. A link to their website is provided in the right hand menu.

The Council itself makes some funding available periodically. When funding rounds are announced, details will appear on the internal funding webpage (please follow link provided in the left hand menu).

Other related links from the left hand menu include general tips on applying for funding, information about Bexley's small grants scheme, Voluntary Sector Funding Strategy and the Bexley Compact agreement.
