Bexley's Voluntary Sector
Bexley has a thriving and vibrant voluntary sector with over 900 voluntary and community groups.
Bexley Voluntary Service Council exists to promote voluntary and community action as a means of improving the quality of life for people in Bexley.
It does this by supporting the work of voluntary organisations and volunteers in Bexley, assisting them to promote their views on issues and decisions that affect them and helping them to identify and respond to the unmet needs within the community.
Volunteering
Volunteer Centre Bexley can assist anyone looking to become involved in their community by providing information on the hundreds of volunteering opportunities that are currently available.
The centre can also offer support and advice to local groups to recruit and manage volunteers.
