Neighbourhood Services
This team works in partnership with Bexley police and other agencies to improve the quality of life for people who live, work and visit Bexley.
This partnership accomplishes this by reducing crime, disorder and anti social behaviour.
Neighbourhood Services is broken down into 3 area based teams, namely Northern, Central and Southern areas and a borough wide anti social behaviour unit.
Each area based team is made up of a number of wards, which can be seen on the map to the left. An area team co-ordinator and a neighbourhood worker(s) cover a number of wards working in conjunction with each ward Safer Neighbourhoods policing team. A link for the Metropolitan Police Safer Neighbourhoods web page is located to the right hand side.
The anti social behaviour unit (ASBU) work with groups or individuals whom are causing anti social behaviour and take the appropriate action by using a number of intervention and support techniques.
For further information, about the ASB Team or to talk to the co-ordinator for your area, please contact us by using the contact details provided on the right hand side.
