If you wish to report a street light/illuminated sign that is out of lighting or damaged you can do so by using our online report form or by contacting Works Direct.

Once reported, the street lighting contractor has five working days in which to attend and assess the situation. Where possible the fault will be rectified at the time. However, if the fault is not straightforward, it may prolong the repair.
