Please Note: A new system "Planning Application Information Online" is now available and will replace Public Access. This new system contains features which will improve your access to planning application information, including better search options. You can monitor the progress of an application and make comments while it is being considered and have the ability to receive email notifications relating to the applications or locations you are interested in.

PublicAccess provides access to property related information and details of planning applications, planning enforcement enquiries, planning appeals and some licensing applications handled by the Council.

The information is provided under the terms and conditions set out below. You should ensure that you have read, understood and accepted them before you use the PublicAccess service.

Service availability

The PublicAccess service is normally available for 24 hours, seven days a week, except for periods set aside for system maintenance which will usually take place between 3am and 5am.
