Civic Recognition Awards
Civic Awards 2014 for voluntary service by adults or young people or for outstanding achievement.

Can you help us find a local hero?
The Council has three Civic Awards Schemes to recognise voluntary service to the community and outstanding achievement.
The schemes cover civic recognition for:
- Voluntary Service by Young People - aged under 18
- Voluntary Service by Adults - aged over 18
- Outstanding Achievement - all ages
The awards
Civic recognition under the three schemes will consist of:
Civic Recognition of Young People
- A certificate signed by the MayorCivic Recognition of Voluntary Service by Adults
- A certificate signed by the MayorCivic Recognition of Outstanding Achievement
- A certificate signed by the Mayor and an engraved glass prism
