Plans

Wherever possible you should include a site plan with your search requisition. A site plan is essential for commercial, industrial and land sites.

If you are unable to provide a plan the Local Land Charges Office can provide an Ordnance Survey extract from our Geographical Information System for you to mark the location of the site. Please contact us if you require this service for which there is no charge.

Subsequent enquiries

Copies of most agreements and orders can be obtained from the local land charges section. Please contact us for details of fees. Additional information about road schemes can be provided by the land charges section; please write  to local land charges with your requirements and include a cheque for the appropriate fee which is £16.00  per document. Copies of all planning and building regulation notices together with any subsequent enquiries about these matters should be made direct to building control administration who are based at the Civic Offices. Details of their address are on the right hand side of the page under related contacts.
