Previous news- development proposals document adopted

Development proposals for the Council's office site at Hill View, Welling, have been adopted by the Council.

Nearly 30 written responses were received during consultation with local people on the redevelopment of the site, between 10 March and 21 April 2009.

These can be viewed in the downloadable document at the bottom of this page.

The adopted development proposal aims to inform and guide the redevelopment of the site and secure a viable and sustainable form of development of high quality design that will contribute positively to the character of the area.

The sale of this property will contribute to the delivery of Bexley First's goals of providing improved local services and greater access to services in a cost effective way.
