Following the completion of legal agreements on Friday 15 February 2013, work is set to start on the refurbishment of the former Woolwich building to convert it for use as Council offices.
Construction will also start soon on 126 new homes on land at the rear of the building, which Tesco has sold to Bellway Homes.
