The programme filmed two ceremonies in the borough. One ceremony was of a marriage at the Marriott Hotel, Bexleyheath which will be broadcast on 31 August at 9pm. The other was a civil partnership ceremony filmed at Manor House, Sidcup and is due to be broadcast on 10 August at 9pm.

Cllr Colin Campbell, Bexley's Cabinet Member for Finance and Corporate Services said: "It's great to see Bexley is such a popular choice amongst couples wanting to tie the knot.

"Manor House Sidcup is a fine setting for a ceremony and our Registration Staff make each ceremony personal and special to the couple. I'm sure this will be apparent to all who watch the programmes."

Four Weddings follows four brides-to-be as they compete for the prize of a luxury honeymoon. Each bride has to invite the other three along to their wedding so they can judge and rate each other's event.
