The Watersports Centre provides a great way for children to stay active throughout the school holidays and gives them the chance to participate in a range of watersports.
Danson Park Watersports Centre
The centre provides a wide range of watersports activities that are delivered through courses, taster sessions, casual hire, one-to-one tuition, birthday parties, youth and school group programmes and one off bookings.
Danson Watersports Centre is located by Danson Lake in one of London's most beautiful parks. It is the ideal venue to take part in a variety of different sports in a safe and friendly environment. From sailing, kayaking, canoeing and windsurfing, to power boating, bell boating, row boat hire and fishing, the centre caters for all ages and all abilities.
Individuals and groups of all sizes are welcome on courses or sessions can be tailored to your needs. There are full changing facilities on site, a classroom for shore-side teaching and a shop stocking watersports equipment, clothing and boats.
The centre is approved and recognised by the Royal Yachting Association and also holds an Adventure Activities licence. All instructors are qualified to national governing body standards.
