Pointless Taxi Productions

Pointless Taxi Productions is a popular young persons production company for 14 - 19 year olds interested in film and film making.

It is held on Tuesday evenings from 4pm - 7pm at Rose Bruford College and is managed by the London Borough of Bexley.

Sessions are led by Colin Fancy and Darren Rapier, both of whom have real life industry experience of film, television and the theatre.

Darren is an actor, writer and director who has written and directed two short films and is currently writing for BBC One drama series, Doctors. Colin Fancy is a playwright who has three professional plays currently touring.

Weekly Pointless Taxi workshops include subjects such as film appreciation, short films and sequences, discussions, learning how to get the best out of your ideas and skills, learning creative techniques for filming and shooting films. Master classes are also offered, led by people that work in the film and television industry.
