The London Borough of Bexley has been identified as having some
of the most outstanding childcare providers and schools inspected over the
last year in the Annual Report of Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education,
Children's Services and Skills 2006/07.
A major consultation exercise has been launched to gather views
on a new approach to funding voluntary and community groups in the London Borough
