Library Reviews
The London Borough of Bexley's Library Service is consulting residents about its new five-year Library Service Strategy.
Residents are being asked for feedback on whether the Library Service is providing the service that they want. The aim is to ensure that the service, the buildings and the staff are prepared and meeting the needs of Bexley’s residents.
Cabinet Member for Leisure, Arts and Tourism, Cllr Peter Catterall said: "This is not just about what happens in libraries, the books, the services and events and online access. If you already use the libraries we want to know what you like, what you dislike and how we can improve. No less, if you don't use the libraries it would be really helpful to know why not. I urge everyone to give us feedback of the kind of libraries and library services you want.'
A copy of the draft Library Strategy and questionnaire is available on the Council's website at www.bexley.gov.uk/libraries, in all Bexley libraries, or by calling Glynis Parrott on 020 8309 4132.
