Free Summer Volleyball Sessions
The London Borough of Bexley has joined up with National Sports Governing
Body, England Volleyball, to run free summer volleyball taster sessions in
Danson Park.
The two hour evening sessions start at 6.30pm and will be held every Monday
throughout the summer until 25 August.
Anyone over the age of 13 can join in the sessions that are open to all abilities
and fitness levels - just turn up and join in. England volleyball coaches will
be on hand to offer up help and advice for anyone wanting to learn more about
this exciting sport.
The fun takes place on the former children’s playground area, which
can be accessed via the main entrance from Danson Road.
If there is enough interest in the free sessions there will be the opportunity
of a new Bexley indoor volleyball club starting in the autumn.
