Funding
A variety of funding opportunities is available for individual artists and
voluntary arts groups and organisations. Some of these are listed below.
Arts Council of Bexley Grant
The Arts Council of Bexley provide funding for individuals and
organisations that live or work in the borough of Bexley, or who want to stage
an exhibition, workshop, project, festival that is art related in the borough
of Bexley. The maximum grant awarded by the Arts Council of Bexley is up to £1000.
Foundation for Sport and the Arts
The Foundation for Sport and the Arts supports projects across
the UK, particularly where there is involvement of young people and the wider
community in general.
Lottery Funding
The national lottery provides funding through a number of different
organisations. Two main sources of funding are the Big Lottery Fund, which runs
a number of programmes for different types and size of project, and the New Opportunities
Fund, which awards grants to a variety of education, health and environment projects
across the UK.
