Room Hire
If you require a distinctive venue for that special event, then look no further.
Our function room, with private bar facilities and access to a patio area overlooking
the 9th green of our woodland course, is ideal for all occasions ranging from
wedding celebrations and parties to conferences and formal dinners. It can accommodate
up to 118 for a formal meal or 250 for a buffet, and can also be divided into
smaller areas for fewer numbers.
Our restaurant is also available for private hire and can accommodate 40 for
a formal meal or 70 for a buffet.
Parties
We
also specialise in arranging parties for all occasions, and Barnehurst is a very
popular venue for Wedding Receptions, Engagement, Retirement and Anniversary
parties as well as Children's Activity Sessions.
We will be delighted to help you arrange your celebration. From deciding on
the space required through to choosing your party menu, our staff have the expertise
to make your event a stress-free occasion, leaving you free to enjoy your special
day with your friends and family.
With the emphasis on quality we will take away the organisational strain by
providing a comprehensive service for any event. Our experienced staff will guide
you through the preparations, suggesting suitable menus or even arranging the
entertainment, to ensure that your event is remembered with pleasure.

The menus and wine lists have been designed to suit all tastes and occasions.
The suite will accommodate up to 118 guests for a formal dinner or 200 buffet.
Our professional staff are available to assist with arrangements.
Conferences & Events
If you are looking for a local venue for Breakfast Club Meetings, Training
Courses or an Annual General Meeting we can solve your problem by providing all
the facilities you will need, including an overhead projector, flipcharts and
video equipment and, of course, refreshments and lunches if required.
Meetings and Conferences
The suite can accommodate up to 120 delegates 'theatre style' or up to 60
with a boardroom or U-shape set up. There is a wide range of equipment available
at no extra charge. Golf tees can be pre-booked for your delegates.
Events
We have established a varied programme of events and an up-to-date timetable
is always available.
