Code of Practice for the Operation of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)

Bexley Community Safety Partnership and the Metropolitan Police Service

This document sets out the standards and legislation under which the public CCTV Code of PracticeClosed Circuit Television System is operated in the Bexley on behalf of the Bexley Community Safety Partnership and the Metropolitan Police Service.

Section 9: Management of Recorded Material – Sets out the requirements for handling and storing and managing recorded material

Section 10: Video Prints – Sets out the circumstances under which prints can be taken from recorded data
