- Do many of your staff want to take their annual leave during the school holidays?
- Do you have a high level of absenteeism due to breakdown of employees' childcare
arrangements?
- Do you lose valuable staff following maternity leave?
If the answer to any of the above is YES then you should ask:
What, as an employer, can I do about these problems?
These are all issues that may affect you as an employer and cost your company
valuable working hours, time and money spent training new staff.

What is a Family Information Service?
The Family Information Service offers
up to date, accurate information on childcare available for children and young
people aged 0 to 19 years in the Bexley borough. This information allows
parents and carers the opportunity to select suitable care to meet not only theirs,
but their child's individual needs, thus allowing them the confidence and peace
of mind to secure work.
"Large sums of money are wasted on recruitment and training,
because some employees with valuable skills cannot remain in the workforce when
they have children because of lack of quality childcare."
