Elections for the European Parliament take place every 5 years. On Thursday 4 June 2009 voters in the UK will go to the polls to elect 72 Members of the European Parliament (MEPS), for twelve electoral regions, represented by between 3 and 10 MEPS each. Voters in Bexley will be voting for 8 MEPS for the London Region. Each MEP in a region represents each person living there, so if you live in Bexley, all 8 London Region MEPS will represent you and you can contact any or all of them.
