Walk Wonders is Macmillan Cencer Support's big walking event.
All you have to do is decide where and when to walk, get family and friends
to join you, and then get sponsored for you efforts.
By taking part in a walk, not only will you enjoy a fun-filled, family
day out, you'll also be helping people affected by cancer.

Erith Drum Club will be running two drumming workshops at the Erith
Riverside Festival.
They will be a chance to have a go on various types of drums from around
the world (from South America to Asia, from East Europe to Africa to the
Middle East), to learn some rhythms and do some jamming.
There will be a follow up program of weekly workshops for younger people
to be run in the Larner Road area of Erith during June / July, leading

The exhibition will feature up to 15 quality layouts including Riversdale

size’ Classic Cars and an RT Bus), there will also be trade support selling
a whole variety of products including DVDs and videos, rolling stock and
spares (both new and old) in N and OO gauge. Please note further layouts
and exhibitors will continue to be added right up to the last minute. There will
also be hot and cold drinks and extensive refreshments at very reasonable prices. |
