Bexley Sports Council
The Bexley Sports Council was established as an independent
body in 1965 and awards grants on behalf of Bexley Council to
assist voluntary sports organisations and individuals within
the borough.
The Bexley Sports Council can offer any voluntary sports
individual or club within the borough of Bexley grant aid up
to a maximum of £500 providing that the purpose is:
- voluntary run, non-profit making
- operating with no undue restrictions or limitations or
membership
- towards training to become a qualified sports instructor
or coach
- to attend important events, and towards equipment
