The housing and transfer registers
There are two registers or lists we keep of people who want a housing association
home. The Transfer Register, which is for existing tenants of London & Quadrant
Bexley Homes and Orbit South Housing Association Homes. The Housing Register, which is for people
who want to become a housing association tenant. Most of the people on this list
are living with family or friends or are in private rented accommodation.
The bands
There are 4 bands for those on the Transfer Register and 5 bands
for people on the Housing Register. The following tables describe the bands in
more detail:

Serious health problems but not as urgent as Band One |
Older people who are isolated and need sheltered housing |

People that are in homes that are too large for them by 1bedroom |

People that are short of 2 or more bedrooms |
