Needs Mapping
Needs mapping is a critical element in contributing to the development of new and existing housing related support services in Bexley. Each year the Bexley Supporting People (SP) Team will submit to the SP Commissioning Body and Council Members an updated Needs Map for approval and publication. This Annual Needs Mapping Exercise (NME) will receive contributions from a range of stakeholders from London Borough of Bexley, Probation, Health Services, Service Providers, Service Users and key Stakeholders.
We also welcome data from other stakeholders, plesae complete any of the needs mapping pro-formas and forward to the Supporting People Team or you may submit data in your own local format.
