Leasehold Sheltered Scheme

Authorities are required to have a policy in place, agreed by the Commissioning Body, which sets out how leaseholders will be treated in their local area.

Bexley’s Policy sets out the conditions in which SP funding will be paid for existing leaseholders and leaseholders moving into accommodation after 01 October 2006. It also considers inflationary increases and the review process for leasehold housing for older people. View the policy below.
