Information for Users and Providers


The Financial Advocacy Service (FAS) will be able to help individuals to deal with many of the financial problems that can be experienced in today's very complicated world:

Services Include:

  • Helping people to deal with the payment of household bills
  • The maximisation of benefits
  • Assisting with the operation of bank accounts
  • Establishment, amendment and cancellation of standing orders and direct debits

Their Dementia Advocate will be able to work with individuals and their families to ensure someone with dementia has a voice in the decision making process which may effect their every day lives. Their Dementia Worker will work to promote and communicate the needs and issues of dementia sufferers and their carers.
