Season Tickets

Season Tickets are available for all the council operated car parks except for the Civic Offices Civic Offices and the Arnsberg Way Arnsberg Way Blue Badge Holders' Car Park.

Season tickets can be purchased for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year in duration and a discount may be available to employers and employees in the area local to the car park applied for. To qualify for a discounted season ticket, proof must be provided by the applicant that they are employed locally, usually in the form of a letter from their employer.

You can apply for a Season Ticket (and view current prices) by printing out and returning the Season Ticket Application Form (77KB, PDF file). Forms should be posted to the address given on the form.

• These prices come into effect on 1st April 2008, and should be used for all applications made which are due to start after 1st April 2008, (even if such applications are submitted before 1st April 2008). Payment of the incorrect charge may result in a delay in processing the application and a letter may be sent to the applicant requesting the correct payment to be made prior to the processing of the application.

• Applications should be made in good time prior to the expiry of any existing Season Ticket as until a new or renewed ticket is received by the applicant the conditions associated with use of the scheme are not applicable and a pay and display ticket should be purchased on a daily basis to cover the duration of the stay of the vehicle.

• If you wish to use your existing season ticket with a different vehicle you must notify VINCI Park UK. Season tickets are supplied for a specific registration plate and cannot be used for vehicles not identified on the season ticket (even if you own both vehicles).
• If you require a replacement for a current season ticket through loss or theft you should complete the Replacement Application Form (70KB, PDF file).
