Education

Aim

• To increase significantly public awareness of the value of parks

Objectives

• Publicly promote Bexley's parks and open spaces
• Promote the environmental and heritage aspects of parks and open spaces
• Encourage education visits and foster National Curriculum projects
• Support educational research projects
• Provide public information on progress and development

Actions

• Review current promotional material
• Develop and implement a Promotion Plan for Bexley's parks and open spaces
• Strengthen links with the Education Business Partnership
• Annually promote relevant educational research projects
• Promote parks and open spaces in regular articles in the Bexley Magazine and other media
