Report a Problem or make a Complaint

If you wish to inform us of an issue which you think we should investigate please notify us using the form below. You can use this page to inform us of items such as dangerous structure, nuisances being caused by building works or demolitions, or if you have concerns regarding building works being carried out. Please note that if you think any dangerous structure needs immediate attention please contact either the building control section by phone on 0208 308 7750, or if it is out of normal office hours contact 0208 303 7777.

You do not need to leave us your contact details unless you wish to be advised of the outcome of our inspection.

If you have additional information you want to send us, this can either be done by sending details by post to the councils offices at Wyncham House, or by sending an email to building.control@bexley.gov.uk.
