Bexleyheath Civic Offices Planning Brief

LDF Supplementary Planning Document

Introduction

Bexleyheath Civic Offices Planning Brief

Sustainability Appraisal: Final Report

On 13 July 2007, Bexley Council adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (part of its Local Development Framework), a Planning Brief and Sustainability Appraisal Report. The Planning Brief is intended to guide prospective development partners on acceptable uses and design expectations for redevelopment of the Civic Offices site in Bexleyheath. The Planning Brief envisages a range of uses for this key site in the borough's strategic centre. In addition to civic accommodation the new buildings could include shops, homes and businesses.
