Making a complaint (about
licensed/unlicensed activities)
Generally we do not investigate anonymous complaints. The reasons
are:
- Often we may need clarification or extra information in order
to enable us to carry out an investigation. It is therefore essential
that we are able to contact the complainant.
- They can be malicious and/or without foundation, and are simply
made in order to inconvenience or harass the person/business complained
of.
If making a complaint please ensure that you provide the following
information:
- If it is about an unlicensed business - the full name and address
of the business, and why do you think that they should be licensed.
- If it is about a licensed premises - the full name and address
of the business, a description of your complaint including any
relevant dates.
To make a complaint about licensed or unlicensed activities, please
