Linda

Linda is 45 years old and until last year lived with her parents.

After leaving Bexley College Linda worked as a part-time general assistant in a hairdressing salon for 7 years.

Linda was then made redundant and decided to try office work for a change.

After some work experience Linda now has a new job as a part-time receptionist and lives in a flat with limited support.

Anthony

Anthony is 28 years old and first came to Bexley Twofold 9 years ago.

For 3 years Anthony tried different jobs on work experience placements – order picking, packing and assembly work.

Anthony took his first paid job in a supermarket as a shelf-filler.

The following year Anthony started work in a large warehouse operating recycling machines. When the company closed 3 years later Anthony was made redundant and decided to try office work.

Anthony is now working in Bexley as an admin. assistant.
